What we can and can’t help with
We’re happy to answer general questions about how USD1 works, fix factual errors on the site, and discuss content partnerships. We cannot help with account issues, deposits, withdrawals or KYC on any exchange or wallet — we don’t operate those services. For anything involving your USD1 balance, transactions, minting or redemption, contact the relevant platform’s official support directly.
We will never DM you first, ask for your seed phrase or private keys, or request payment to “unlock” funds. Our only contact channel is the email address above. Anyone claiming otherwise is a scammer.
